About Us
“We
have a great team of 26 talented employees who are dedicated to helping
our clients utilize technology to meet their business objectives and
retrieve critical business information. With such a great team, the
possibilities are endless! I have always been impressed by our
employee’s innovative approach both to meeting client business needs
and to improving our own business.” -- Mary Bennett Henrichs
| Harlan Geiser, CEO |
 |
|
Originally
from Topeka, Kansas, Harlan was determined to work his way over the
rainbow and make his dreams come true. As a serious marketing major and
fun-loving jazz band member, Harlan successfully exercised both sides
of his brain at Millikin University in Decatur. Fueled by family,
friends, and faith … there was no stopping him.
While
Harlan’s business experience led him to co-found, own, and run
Integrity Technology Solutions (a successful, multi-million dollar
company), people tend to be more interested in the fact that Harlan has
performed professionally with Bob Hope and Wayne Newton (to name just
two). As an accomplished trombone player, Harlan has blown hot air all
across the world and continues to have gigs locally when times allows!
Harlan
is enthusiastic about being able to help clients better their business
and their bottom-line. He is proud of his team of professionals that
keep the values of hard work, dependability, and honesty at the
forefront of all action. We’re all sure that he was the first to say,
“Working with Integrity is always the right decision.”

| Mary Bennett Henrichs, President |
 |
|
With
a background in finance and client services and a B.A. from Illinois
Wesleyan, Mary has been an asset to Integrity for the last decade. Her
experience in the business development, human resources, and technical
services departments at Integrity have given her a strong understanding
of Integrity’s clients and operations and she uses that experience to
hire, develop and retain top talent to serve Integrity’s clients.
Mary
thinks life is good, but admits that one thing would make it better …
having more hours in each day. While that’s not a possibility, she
makes every hour count. Mary knows that all work and no play makes for
a dull day. She appreciates spending time with her husband and
children, cheering loudly at ISU basketball games and volunteering for
events such as American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. She enjoys
photography, hiking, golfing and is a die-hard St. Louis Cardinal fan.
Mary is a 2003 graduate of Leadership McLean County.

Since
joining us in 1995, Vicki has been a vital part of the Integrity team.
She is responsible for all the behind the scenes activities that keep
Integrity operating efficiently and goes the extra mile to ensure that
everything from payroll to invoicing runs smoothly.
She
attained her Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University
of Alaska in Anchorage in 1992. Afterwards, Vicki was on the move, as
both her and her husband’s education and careers had them moving around
Illinois. We are thrilled that they chose to settle down in the
peaceful suburb of Towanda. Vicki takes great joy in spending time with
her husband and two children and loves a relaxing night with a good
book. Vicki also loves sports and enjoys an exciting Chicago Bears or
Illini basketball game.
