As Integrity’s Chief Technology Officer and a shareholder in the business, Josh is focused on matching clients’ business needs with technology solutions. He identifies the latest industry trends and best practices to determine how these can positively impact our clients’ businesses. Josh helps clients solve difficult business challenges, and secure vital information, to maintain compliance with industry regulations like HIPAA and PCI. He also plays an important role as a leader and mentor to our service team. In this role, Josh ensures efficient projects and high quality IT Support. He is dedicated to research and training and helping our clients make their technology work for them.
Josh is a Computer Science graduate from the College of Engineering at the University of Illinois, where he also obtained a specialization in Business Administration. His experience and education led him to an internship at Integrity in the 1990’s. Over nearly 20 years, he has held technology and leadership positions in most areas of the company, where his goals have always been to focus on the client’s needs, innovate at the right moment, and continually improve processes and operations.
To Josh, integrity means doing the right thing, even when it is difficult, being absolutely trustworthy in your intentions, and keeping the best interests of others in mind. A graduate of Leadership McLean County, Josh lives Integrity’s values of community and relationships as chairman of the board for the Collaborative Solutions Institute, a non-profit organization that assists those in our community with some of the most difficult mental health issues. Josh also serves on an advisory board for ISU’s technology curriculum. Josh’s expertise in business technology has also afforded him the opportunity to speak at many community events about technology, productivity, and information security.
